2 x 2hr classes (4hr total)- The Beautiful Breastfeeding Program is a face-to-face, comprehensive, and consistent guide to breastfeeding. Classes are run by local mother and founder of Nurture In Harmony, Lyniece Rostant, Certified Thompson Method Breastfeeding Educator. Topics covered include, preparing for birth and breastfeeding, how to establish breastfeeding, how to sustain breastfeeding & how to prevent painful nipple trauma and other common breastfeeding complications.
